The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic way for our kids to unwind after a day at the park.
The breakfast buffet was quite limited and the cost per person felt overpriced.

Staying in the Magic Ice Castle Superior Room was a delightful experience. the cleanliness and charming decor captivated my daughter, who particularly enjoyed the interactive safe. The free shuttle to the theme park was a significant perk, making it easy for us to access all the fun. On the downside, check-in was slow, and the Wi-Fi signals often dropped, disrupting our ability to share memories online. the lack of proper sound insulation made for a restless night as ambient music played late into the evening.

The Enchanted Forest room was uniquely themed and spacious for our family! Housekeeping was attentive, and the staff were super friendly (despite their limited English). The free shuttle to the park was a bonus!
One downside was the Wi-Fi connection, which could be unreliable at times.

The breakfast might be a bit pricey, but the overall theming in the restaurants is such a delight! the spacious rooms with vibrant decor and cozy vibes made our stay more enjoyable.
Our check-in took more than one hour, and the unfriendly staff compounded the frustration, ignoring our child's needs. It left a bad taste despite the otherwise magical experience.

Loved the wizard-themed room!
We stayed in a super cool Wizard House room – totally fantastic for the kids! The interactive safe kept them entertained for ages. We also enjoyed breakfast at the bar lounge. tons of options. Just wish the check-in didn't take so long, felt like forever waiting at the desk.

Reception service can be a hassle, with long wait times due to only one person at the desk, meaning you might spend at least 20 minutes for anything at check-in. Breakfast choices are quite limited, and charging extra for fried eggs and coffee adds up quickly at 15 euros per person—definitely not the best bang for your buck. Plus, the mandatory swim caps for pool access felt unnecessary and a bit annoying. Wi-Fi is a constant struggle, with a complicated login that drops regularly, which can ruin your connection when you're trying to share vacation moments. Oh, and if you're planning on getting a peaceful night's sleep, the ambient music that plays until 10 PM may just keep you wide awake, not to mention thin pillows that don't do much for comfort.
